At Tiana Technologies, we provide reliable support for all our software, websites, and mobile applications. Our support policy outlines the terms and limitations of technical assistance we offer.

2. Support Availability

  • Support Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST), Monday to Saturday
  • Support unavailable on Sundays and public holidays
  • Response Time: 24 to 48 hours (depending on issue severity)

4. What Support Includes

  • Bug fixing for issues covered under the project scope
  • Minor text/image/content updates (within reasonable limits)
  • Server or hosting related troubleshooting (if managed by us)
  • Guidance on using the delivered product

5. What Support Does NOT Include

  • New feature development or major design changes
  • Integration of third-party tools or APIs not included in original scope
  • Fixing issues caused by client's unauthorized modification of code
  • Issues arising due to hosting/domain change by client
  • SEO, marketing, or analytics (unless purchased separately)

6. Support Duration

  • Free support valid for: 30 days after project delivery
  • Paid support/AMC available monthly or yearly
  • After the free period, all support becomes chargeable

7. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

AMC includes:

  • Regular bug fixing
  • Backup and maintenance
  • Minor updates

AMC does not include major feature additions or redesigns.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide correct login/hosting credentials when needed
  • Ensure timely approvals and responses
  • Avoid unauthorized code edits

9. Limitation of Support

  • We do not support third-party plugins, themes, or code not created by us
  • We are not responsible for server outages or domain expiry
  • Support may be delayed due to high-priority tasks or emergencies
