Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully.

1. Overview

At Tiana Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality software development and IT services. Since our work involves time, effort, system resources, and planning, our refund and cancellation terms are strict but fair.

2. No Refund After Work Has Started

Once a project has been initiated and work has started, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This includes designing, coding, research, planning, or any form of development.

3. Advance Payment

  • All projects require an advance payment to begin work.
  • This advance amount is non-refundable.
  • The advance covers initial planning and resource allocation.

4. Monthly / Annual Service Fees

  • Subscriptions, hosting, domain, and maintenance fees are non-refundable.
  • If the client cancels mid-cycle, no partial refund will be provided.

5. Project Cancellation by Client

  • If a client decides to cancel the project before completion, all payments made up to that point remain non-refundable.
  • Work delivered up to cancellation will be handed over, but no extra compensation will be given.

6. Project Cancellation by Tiana Technologies

  • If we cancel a project due to internal reasons (extremely rare), a partial refund will be issued based on remaining work not completed.
  • If cancellation is due to client behaviour, delay, or violation of terms, **no refund** will be issued.

7. Third-Party Services

Payments made for third-party products or services (API, hosting, SMS gateway, payment gateway, domain, plugins, themes) are fully non-refundable as they are controlled by external companies.

8. Change of Project Scope

  • Additional features requested after project planning will incur extra charges.
  • No refund will be provided for features removed from the project scope by the client.

9. Delivery Delays

  • Delays caused by late client approvals, missing content, or slow responses are not eligible for refunds.
  • Third-party delays are not covered under refund policy.
